Students who fail to renew their enrollment in academic activities will be excluded from the course. This exclusion is automatic and does not depend on the faculty or the secretariat, and is valid from the first enrollment (so whoever fails to enroll will automatically be excluded from the course).
The student admitted to this Postgraduate Program must request enrollment in academic activities of interest within the period established by the secretariat. Enrollment requires the consent of the supervisor or the Coordinator, as provided for in §2 of art. 31 of the UFMG General Graduate Standards.
You must enroll in FINAL WORK ELABORATION during the dissertation or thesis preparation phase.
Access to the Postgraduate Online Registration System is through the MinhaUFMG Portal.
The student must complete the registration adjustment form within the deadline defined by the secretariat.
PARTIAL SUSPENSION OF ENROLLMENT
The student may request the Course Faculty to partially suspend their enrollment in one or more disciplines, and the Course Secretariat must register the authorized suspension and report it to the Department of Academic Registration and Control. Partial suspension requires the consent of the supervisor or the Coordinator, as provided for in § 2 of art. 31 of the UFMG General Graduate Standards. During the course, the enrollment suspension will only be granted once for the same academic activity. The request must be made by handing over the proper form.
TOTAL SUSPENSION OF ENROLLMENT
The Faculty may grant a total suspension of enrollment in view of relevant reasons, the suspension period not being computed for the purpose of completing the maximum course time. The request must be made to the Faculty upon delivery of the proper form.
