FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR EVENTS - PNPD POSTDOCS, STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS
Requests must be made via the appropriate form (must attach letter of acceptance) with A MINIMUM OF 30 days prior to the event.
ACCOUNTABILITY
It will be necessary to attach the following to the proper accounting form no later than 05 days after returning from the event:
- Certificate of presentation;
- Departure and return boarding passes;
- Invoices for expenses with food or accommodation.
ATTENTION: in case of delay in receiving the certificate, please send an email to cpproex.ufmg@gmail.com justifying the delay in rendering your accounts.
FINANCING OF EXTERNAL MEMBER FOR EXAMINING BOARDS
There is provision for the purchase of national airfare and payment of a daily fee (in the amount of R$320.00) for an external member of the PhD examining board.
A request may be made via email in exceptional cases (cpproex.ufmg@gmail.com) with the consent of the supervisor and justifying the need for the professor to come under judgment by the committee.
The request (via proper form) must be made AT LEAST 30 days prior to the panel and only after being scheduled via the MinhaUFMG system by the student and advisor.
